Our client is a well-established construction company based in Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs and is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join their growing team.
This is a busy, fast-paced role supporting multiple construction projects, making it essential that you have previous experience in a similar position within the construction industry.
About the Role
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers and site teams.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, contracts and reports.
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings and correspondence.
- Raise purchase orders and assist with invoice processing.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
- Maintain accurate project records and filing systems.
- Assist with compliance documentation, permits and site inductions.
- General office administration as required.
About You
- Previous experience as a Project Administrator within the construction industry is essential.
- Strong understanding of construction project documentation and processes.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with project management or ERP systems is highly regarded.
